Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you complete authority over your e-mail accounts and mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail boxes against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming messages according to certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the target email box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else.
